Bob has been selling Crop Insurance since 1983. He is licensed in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and South Dakota. He started the Bob Johnson Agency in Pocahontas in 1992. He has been active in Farming since 1963 when he moved back to the Farm with his wife Peg. They have 2 married children and 5 grandchildren. His son Jeff is an Agent in the Business. Bob has believed that his farmers always come first and prides himself in providing the best service available.
JEFF JOHNSON

Jeff has been with the Bob Johnson Agency for 12 years. He was previously a Federal Crop and Hail Adjuster for 8 years. Jeff and his wife Krista and their two children live on a Farm between Albert City and Pocahontas.
Jeff has also farmed with his dad, Bob Johnson, for the last 22 years. His years as a farmer and a previous crop adjuster gives him the experience he needs to meet all our customer’s needs.
SHIRLEY BARTOSH

When Shirley graduated from High School she got a job with ASCS and worked there until she retired 10 years ago. For the last 10 years she has worked with the Bob Johnson Agency. Due to her background with ASCS she has contributed her vast knowledge of Government forms and management skills to the Office. She has been the backbone of the Bob Johnson Agency and keeps the office running smoothly. She is married to Jim Bartosh and has a Farm background also.

TRAVIS VAUDT

We welcome Travis Vaudt as a new Agent to the Bob Johnson Agency. Travis has been active in farming for five years and is currently associated with Prairie Brand Seeds from Story City. Travis attended The Golf Academy of Phoenix Arizona and has been the Assistant Golf Pro at the Spencer Country Club and Brooks Golf Course of Okoboji. Travis currently lives on a farm with his family SE of Sioux Rapids.
MARK RIEMENSCHNEIDER

Mark joined the Bob Johnson Agency 24 years ago and is currently a Sub Agent. Mark has been farming since 1963 and also works as a Superintendent for Woodruff Construction of Ames, Iowa. Mark and his wife Becky live on a farm west of State Center where they raise and show Paint and Quarter Horses.

Bob Rabey lives in State Center, Iowa and serves our customers in Central and Northeast Iowa.
